Delivering Connectivity: Fiber Optic Installation in Pilot Point, TX

The Wilkins Group is proud to be working alongside Future on a fiber optic installation project that is bringing Frontier Fiber to homes in the welcoming community of Pilot Point, TX. Since the start of work on February 12, 2025, our crews have been pushing ahead of schedule toward our proposed completion date of March 28, 2025.

Our work spans several key areas including David, Strittmatter, HWY 377, and Foutch Streets, with current construction extending into Holiday, Church, Enterprise, and Fairlane. From the start, the Pilot Point community has embraced our presence—greeting our team by name at the local Dairy Queen and even welcoming us with open arms at Nick’s Italian Restaurant, thanks to the local FFA president.

Commitment to Clean Worksites and Safety

Beyond the heartwarming hospitality, our commitment to quality, safety, and communication remains front and center. According to local officials like Justin from Pilot Point Water, our crews have been recognized for keeping work areas clean and maintaining a professional image. Each of our foremen conducts OSHA-documented, time-stamped safety briefings per crew. We also ensure proper door tagging at every affected residence and implement compliant traffic control and construction signage.

We’re also coordinating closely with TXDOT and Mr. Donovan Carter to ensure we continue to follow protocol throughout every phase of construction. This level of diligence and collaboration is what sets The Wilkins Group apart in the telecom construction industry.
