Field Technician
Location: North Texas – Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) Area

Position Overview
Seeking experienced Field Technicians North Dallas area. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual who likes to work outdoors and work with minimal supervision.
Basic Qualifications
Work outdoors in all climates.
MUST HAVE A Valid driver’s license.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Ability to perform physical movements such as bending, shoveling, pushing and pulling reels of wire.
Ability to do trenching, conduit placement, hand digging and yard restoration.
Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs.
Ability to repair sprinklers (not a requirement, but a positive skill).
Ability to communicate to dispatch frequently and end customer subscriber, as needed.
Ability to receive and closeout jobs on a smartphone, when applicable.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with fiber, copper, and/or hybrid OSP networks
Experience with utility construction
Familiarity with local permitting, municipalities, and utility coordination in North Texas
OSHA or other relevant construction safety certifications (preferred, but not required)

Outside Plant (OSP) Construction Manager

Position Overview
We have an immediate opening for a seasoned Outside Plant (OSP) Construction Expert in the North Texas (DFW) area. This role requires deep, hands-on knowledge of OSP infrastructure and construction, strong project management capabilities, and the ability to support business growth through client engagement and crew development. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage complex, long-term projects while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily OSP construction project delivery from planning through completion
Demonstrate strong project management skills, including scheduling, production forecasting, and timeline adherence
Oversee and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and internal teams
Participate in recruiting, onboarding, training and managing construction crews
Support expansion of the client base through professional engagement and relationship building
Ensure all projects comply with company standards, client requirements, and applicable industry regulations
Maintain accurate and timely project documentation, including reports, as-builts, and closeout packages
Communicate effectively—both written and verbal—with customers, colleagues, and field crews
Review, interpret, and work extensively from construction prints, plans, drawings and specifications
Assist with bids, proposals, estimating, and development of Bills of Materials (BOMs)
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience in Outside Plant (OSP) construction and infrastructure
Proven track record of managing multiple projects and long-term production schedules
In-depth knowledge of OSP print reading, design plans, and specifications
Strong experience with bidding, proposals, estimating, and BOM development
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate crews
Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and clients
Willingness to travel within the North Texas / DFW region as required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with fiber, copper, and/or hybrid OSP networks

Background in client-facing roles or business development support

Drop Bury Crew/Crew Member
Location: North Texas – Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) Area
Position Type: Subcontractor/1099

Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Drop Bury professionals to install, replace, and maintain underground coaxial and fiber optic service lines (“drops”) from the main line to customer premises. This role involves working outdoors in varying conditions, using specialized equipment to bury service lines, restore property to its original condition, and ensure quality service delivery for residential and commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities
Install and bury coaxial and fiber optic service drops at residential and commercial locations.
Operate trenching, boring, or plowing equipment to place cable underground safely.
Hand-dig when required to avoid utilities and minimize property disruption.
Identify and locate existing utilities before excavation to ensure safe operations.
Test and verify connectivity and signal strength after installation.
Restore work sites to original condition (backfilling, reseeding, laying sod, repairing landscaping, etc.).
Communicate with customers, contractors, and supervisors regarding work performed.
Document all completed work with required paperwork, maps, or digital reporting tools.
Adhere to all safety procedures, including use of PPE and compliance with OSHA/DOT regulations.
Perform troubleshooting and repairs on existing buried lines as needed.
