Heather’s journey with us began as a receptionist and administrative support, assisting our HR team with daily operations. From the very start, she displayed exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others. Her ability to adapt and excel quickly led her to the dispatch department, where she worked as a customer service representative and liaison between clients and field technicians. In this role, Heather ensured seamless communication and operations, contributing significantly to the team’s efficiency and success.
Her dedication didn’t stop there. Heather embraced every challenge, taking on new responsibilities and proving herself as a reliable and versatile team member. Her progression within the company reflects her commitment to personal and professional growth and her determination to contribute at the highest level.
Heather’s Current Role as Project Coordinator
Today, Heather serves as a Project Coordinator in our outside plant construction departments. In this role, she oversees project tracking, bidding for new business, managing locates and permits, and handling billing with precision. Her proactive approach and meticulous attention to detail ensure that our projects run smoothly from start to finish, directly supporting the success of our operations and client satisfaction.
