From day one, Raul brought strength, dedication, and deep industry knowledge to his work. Serving in outside plant construction, he played a key role in installing cable, conduit, and pedestals—just to name a few tasks—for major utility providers such as AT&T, Spectrum, and municipalities throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area. His contributions supported essential telecommunications infrastructure services, helped keep communities connected, and upheld the professional standards our customers depend on.
Leadership in the Field and Mentorship That Lasts
But Raul’s contributions extended far beyond his technical expertise.
What truly set Raul apart was his loyalty, professionalism, and unwavering reliability. He consistently showed up ready to work, ready to lead, and ready to demonstrate what real commitment looks like. His presence brought a sense of steadiness and seasoned maturity that elevated crews, strengthened teamwork, and shaped the next generation of talent within The Wilkins Group, Inc..
Whether teaching new hires how to operate in the field, demonstrating safe practices, or reminding others of the importance of doing things the right way, Raul served not only as a skilled technician—but as a mentor.
